CAN AMIPAD WORK WITH MY SYSTEM.

Yes AMIPAD, takes its information either from your website or from your stock control system. The minimum information required are details of Stock items, and a list of orders placed via the website. We will liaise with your supplier to provide the best method of integration.

WHAT EQUIPMENT IS REQUIRED

Any device with a web browser can be used for stock picking. We recommend that devices with a reasonable screen size and where a rugged case is available be considered. Many of our customers use a simple 8in Android Tablet. Scanning can either be built into the device or added by the use of Bluetooth enabled barcode scanning, if not built in we can recommend of supply suitable wearable barcode scanners. You will need reliable WiFi coverage wherever you need to pick stock.

For Pack and dispatch area you will need a windows based PC and a label printer. We can recommend suitable options.

WHAT DELIVERY OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE.

We currently provide direct integration with DPD, AnPost and SCURRI for registration of shipments and production of labels. You can also add your own labelling for local delivery or click & Collect. The AMIPAD system will recommend the best available delivery method at time of packing. Integrations with other couriers can be provided as needed.

IS THE SYSTEM PAPERLESS.

There is always a need for a printed label for delivery however you can operate without the need for any paper when picking stock as items including images where available are shown on the tablet. Delivery documentation may be printed or can be emailed directly to the customer again saving time and paper.

WHAT IS THE COST

There is a single configuration and setup charge after which you only pay a simple monthly fee covering software licence and support. We are so confident you will like and begin to reply on AMIPAD that we allow you to cancel at anytime, we don’t believe you will want to. Pricing is completely transparent and based on the number of pick/pack stations you require there are no additional punitive charges should you exceed a certain number of orders processed. Average cost per order picked will usually be around 30cent or lower. This is quickly recouped by faster, more accurate processing and reduced customer returns which may happen when incorrect stock is dispatched by a manual pick and pack process.
